Mike Willdridge studied Graphic Design at Ravensbourne College of Art, then worked as a designer, in the printing industry, was an officer in the Army and an art teacher - running the art departments of two schools in Kent and Devon. He now lives and works as a professional artist in Poundbury, Dorset. His own work is exclusively two dimensional (painting and printmaking) and has until recently been mostly representational; often working from real life through sketchbook observations. He is increasingly becoming interested in working towards abstraction.

Mike has taken this opportunity of a month-long exhibition at The Duchess of Cornwall to show a selection of his work from over the last fifteen years.
